Exhibition Features: The exhibition is international, specialized, Market-oriented, Standardized and superexcellent. With an area of 105,000㎡, the fair is served as a integrated panel for cultural product exposition, trading of cultural industry element and cultural industry information exchange. It focus on the “trading function”, and is a trading panel for Chinese cultural products and service export that is fully supported by our country. Its aim is to strive for being “ TOP BRAND” of China cultural Industry Fair. The main products (principle part) presented in Hall No.2 is musical instrument , entertainment program, the talent of the entertainment, and entertainment stage. It covers an area of 15000㎡.
Agenda:
May 13 -- 15, 2008: the preparation by the exhibitors before the Fair
May 16 – 19, 2008: the Fair
May 19 – 20, 2008: the removal of the exhibiting items from the Fair by the Exhibitors.
Total 8 days. On May 17 and 18, it will not be closed until 21:00.
The Scale of Fair & Booth Prices:
The exhibition area of musical instruments is 3000㎡ with 150 booths.
Booth Prices: Standard booth with 3x3㎡: 6500RMB/booth with one gate; 7000RMB/booth with double gates; 800RMB/㎡ for the empty area, the min. rent request is 36 ㎡.
The equipment for a standard booth: 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 lights, 1 socket, 1 waste bin, 3 dimension panels, Lintel Plank for Company Chinese & English Name.
Exhibition Requirements:
- The booth arrangement is subject to the principle “earliest orders first, biggest orders first ”. The deadline for ordering is March 31, 2008.
- If you want to attend the Fair, you need fill in the Form <<the Exhibition application>>. Please transfer 50% of the total exhibiting fee to the Account of Guangdong Musical Instrument Association within 7 days after you receive << the notice for the exhibition confirmation>>. The balance of the fee shall be paid off before 31 March, 2008.

- The Exhibitors need to fill in the company name in English & Chinese, the exhibiting items correctly and clearly in the application form, together with photos or catalogue, e-mail or post to The Guangdong Musical Instrument Association.
- A hard copy of business license with the company stamp shall be attached too.
- It is not allowed to transit or change the booths to the others. Any breach will result in the cancellation of the exhibiting qualification. The breached exhibitors should take all the responsibilities occurred.
